Wait For Approval
We review submissions before accepting them. Do not ship your cards until your order page shows that the submission has been approved.
Pack One Box
Each submission represents one shipping box. If your cards require multiple boxes, create a separate submission for each box.
Use Your Prepaid Label
Once your submission is approved and a prepaid return label is available, securely pack the cards, attach the label, and give the package to the indicated carrier.
We Verify The Cards
After your package arrives, we verify quantities, categories, authenticity, and condition. We also record eligible cards that were not listed in your original submission.
Review Your Final Payout
Your order page is updated with the verified quantities, adjustments, added cards, unsorted results when applicable, and final payout.
Don't want to fully sort everything?
You can submit an approximate unsorted card count. Unsorted orders receive lower processing priority and payment is calculated from the payout-eligible cards we identify during processing.
Standard Basic Energy cards do not receive a payout.
Frequently Asked Questions
What cards are you currently buying?
We are currently accepting Pokémon TCG cards in the categories shown on our live buylist. Additional games may be added later.
What condition do my cards need to be in?
Cards submitted for payout should be Near Mint. Cards with excessive wear, bends, creases, water damage, smoke damage, strong odors, writing, or other significant condition problems may be excluded from payout.
Can I send cards that are not sorted?
Yes. You can submit an approximate quantity of unsorted cards. Unsorted submissions receive lower processing priority and the final payout is calculated after we sort and verify the cards.
Do Basic Energy cards receive a payout?
No. Standard Basic Energy cards are not payout-eligible and are excluded when unsorted cards are processed. Eligible Holo Basic Energy is handled under its separate buylist category.
What if I need more than one shipping box?
Create a separate submission for each box. Each approved submission should correspond to one shipping package and one prepaid return label.
Who pays for shipping?
I Buy Bulk TCG provides a prepaid return shipping label for approved submissions. Do not ship your cards until your submission has been approved and your label is available.
What happens if my submission is rejected?
You will be notified that the submission was not accepted. Do not ship cards for a rejected submission.
Is the quote my guaranteed final payout?
The submitted quote is an estimate based on the quantities and categories you report. Your final payout is based on the cards actually received and verified.
What happens if you find cards I forgot to list?
If we find payout-eligible cards in a category you did not claim, we can add them during verification. They will appear in your final verification breakdown.
What happens if my quantities are different?
We record the verified quantity for each category. Your final order page shows adjustments when our verified count differs from your submitted count.
How long does processing take?
Orders are generally verified and paid within 3–7 business days after the package is received. Unsorted submissions may require additional processing time.
How will I know what my final payout is?
Once verification is complete, your order page shows your verified categories, quantities, rates, adjustments, additional cards found, unsorted results when applicable, and final payout.
How are payments sent?
Provide the PayPal email requested on the submission form. Payment is sent after verification is complete and the order is approved for payout.
Can I use rubber bands around my cards?
No. Do not use rubber bands or place adhesive directly on cards. Keep cards secure with appropriate card boxes, dividers, clean packing material, or cardboard spacers.
