Information We Collect
When you create or manage a submission, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, PayPal email, order contents, card quantities, tracking information, and communications regarding the order.
Our website and infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and security-related data.
Website Analytics and Attribution
We use first-party website analytics to understand how visitors reach and use the site. This may include a random browser session identifier, landing page, referring website, campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign, page views, quote activity, and whether a session results in a submission.
Our first-party attribution data is stored by I Buy Bulk TCG and uses browser session storage to measure website and marketing performance. Separately, we use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether advertising results in visits, quotes, and completed submissions. The Google tag may use cookies or similar technologies and may send technical and advertising measurement information to Google when pages load or configured conversion events occur. We configure our Google Ads tag to disable ad personalization signals.
How We Use Information
We use information to review and process submissions, provide shipping labels, communicate about orders, verify cards, calculate payouts, send payments, prevent abuse or fraud, maintain business records, and operate and secure the website.
Service Providers
We may provide information to service providers when necessary to operate the buying program. These may include shipping carriers, email providers, payment providers, hosting, infrastructure, and security services.
Information shared with a service provider is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable service.
Marketplace Orders And Shopify Checkout
When you purchase singles, we may collect or receive your contact, billing, delivery, order, shipping, tax, discount, payment-status, and customer-service information.
Shopify provides our cart, checkout, payment, fraud-screening, and order-management services. Shopify and applicable payment, tax, shipping, fraud-prevention, and delivery providers process information needed to complete an order under their own terms and privacy practices.
Payment credentials are entered through Shopify Checkout. We do not receive or store a complete payment-card number. Shopify Checkout may use cookies or similar technologies for operation, security, fraud prevention, and analytics.
